Conforming to OH&S requirements can be frustrating for some. A "ticket" for everything is becoming a requirement to perform the simplest of tasks. At Rope Access & Rescue we have chosen to specialise in the fields we know best- Industrial Rope Access, working safely at heights, confined space entry and industrial high angle rescue. These are not just "tickets" to us, they are tools for surviving the most extreme working environments conceivable.
We believe in a system of possitive re-enforcement. It can start to feel like the only input anyone has to your work is how not to do it! A constant stream of negative inputs can lead to hesitation in situations that require a decisive and possitive action. This is particularly apparent when it comes to a rescue situation that can involve a casualty. Good decisions save lives, and could even be your own.
Our courses are designed to engage the candidate to their fullest, give them a real challenge and leave them with a set of skills they can take to the work place with confidence. Skills that will give them the confidence to plan their work site, balancing safety and efficiency. We appreciate that you have a job to do. Knowing how do do it safely leads to efficiency in the work force, lower incident rates and a less nervous, more productive team. On top this, we provide ongoing support for the site specific problems our clients encounter moving forward.
