PUR/Silicone Sealing

Sealants & Water Problems

Rope Access & Rescue are experts when it comes to keeping water out!

We can install expansion joints, seal up window frames, wet seal glazing, repair cracks in concrete, seal up any leaking gap that your building facade or structure may have a problem with.

We work closely with our product suppliers and specification engineers to ensure all of our repairs are done to the manufacturers specification for the particular product that has been selected.

Repairing old joints is no problem as we have developed techniques that rapidly and cleanly remove old sealants to make way for a new long lasting repair.

Finding leaks can be more than half the battle!  Our systematic, diagnostic approach to water ingress, pin points the leaks down to a very small area, allowing us to repair and seal only the actual problem and not blindly sealing suspected areas.

Great cost saving to our clients has been achieved using this our system, rather than employing a blanket policy of of oversealing everything with out real direction.

The key is understanding how water can track and travel then simulating the conditions that can start the water leak.

Ofcourse, all this must be done with out the use of expensive scaffolding or swing stage.
